AYSUN BARIN

Aysun was part of the leadership team in IBM Turkey for 30+ years and has wide experience in  technology, sales, marketing and HR solutions. She took a leading role in the transformation of the company in collaboration with local and global teams.

Aysun established her company in 2009, where she is cooperating with a wide range of companies and industries,  with her vision to help develop the leaders of tomorrow. She joined Avvartes in 2014 to design and deliver Human Capital projects at highest standards with distinguished professionals around the globe  to help companies for sustainable success and create a ‘better world’.

Currently based in Istanbul, Turkey, Aysun  is a highly distinguished coach and consultant on organizational development, leadership development, cultural transformation  and building  future-fit teams and organizations. With her strong background in business, she is helping leadership teams to align People Strategy with the organization’s business strategy to achieve the desired business outcomes and get ready for the future.  

Aysun has completed QRSC Training  Series – Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching, Brain Based Coach Training Programme by NeuroleadershipInstitudeand is certified in Human Synergistics Programs, developing constructive leaders, teams and cultures.

She is also an active member of Women Entrepreneurs Association in Turkey where she is active in  projects developing young women entrepreneurs. Aysun loves travelling around the world, learning from different cultures and enjoying the richness of diversity.
