We are proud to announce that Katherine Wang, based in Shanghai, has recently joined our global Avvartes Partners team.

Katherine is the co-founder of Fitco-Consulting. She has 16 years of Executive Search experience placing senior level candidates in China and Singapore and across Asia from India to Japan. Katherine also is an executive coach with a focus on supporting placed candidates to help ensure they meet and exceed the business expectations. Prior to her executive search career, she was a University English Lecturer during 5 years in Shanghai.
Katherine is passionate about topics as women’s leadership, climate change, wildlife and spends much of her efforts to causes related to these topics. She is one of the founders of Blueskye project, which is an environmental sustainability social enterprise. Katherine says that the reason she decided to join Avvartes Partners is “To change the world with a group of wonderful people who are also changing the world”.
