TAYO ROTIMI

Tayo is a seasoned HR consultant with over 32 years of experience under his belt. Over the years, he has implemented projects for some of the biggest organizations in the world. He led a diversity transformation project for a major oil and gas corporation. For over 15years, his team at MacTay Consulting has been working with international partners to design and implement learning solutions for another major oil and gas corporation across Africa and the Middle East.

In his capacity as CEO of MacTay Group, Tayo oversees various BPO operations across West Africa, involving over 10,000 employees.

In 2003, Tayo became the first African president of the Federation of Training and Development Organizations (IFTDO), an organization with a representative at the UN. He was the president of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD). He is a Fellow and a past member of Council of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM). Tayo is currently a member of the Board of Fellows at CIPM.

Tayo is passionate about people, and this is why he has immersed himself in a number of philanthropic projects. He setup the Nathaniel Rotimi foundation a non-profit that provides scholarships for children. He is currently working with a prominent Foundation to implement sourcing initiatives in Nigeria.

At heart, Tayo is a golfer, and he enjoys reading books and travelling with his wife, Elizabeth. He also likes spending time with his children.
