With great pleasure we can announce that Elena Ignatieva, based in Moscow, has recently joined our global Avvartes Partners team.

Elena brings over 20 years of senior HR Leadership experience in Russia and CIS. In her HR roles she served SmithKline Beecham, Nycomed and Takeda. During her distinguished career Elena has been building modern HR from scratch and implementing state of the art Leadership Development programs, Employee Engagement strategies. She also structured efficient Recruitment & Selection processes as well as Compensation and Benefits strategies. In her last corporate role Elena was Head of HR CIS (11 countries) and responsible for the development and implementation of the Area HR strategy. She also contributed to business strategic projects and initiatives, including setting up joint ventures, starting a brand-new manufacturing site and co-lead significant merger and acquisition projects.
