CECILIA RODRIGUEZ

Cecilia Rodriguez specializes in regional change, transformation processes, and Organizational and HR strategies counseling. For the last 10 years she has participated in development programs in Europe and Latin America, more specifically in HR management for financial organizations. She gained experience in agriculture as Regional Manager for Novartis Crop Protection, and later worked in pharmaceuticals as Human Resources Director for Novartis Latin America.

In 2004, Cecilia founded her own company, Sollertia, after clocking 18+ years of HR experience with multinational companies across varied industries. Sollertia is a consultancy firm focused on change management and transformation processes in order to grow leadership and maximize the performance of organizations, teams, and people across the world.

Cecilia joined Avvartes to bring her professional assets to a table of fully committed professionals who want to collaborate to create change, make a positive impact, and increase global personal and professional effectiveness.

Cecilia is married, has two daughters, and enjoys playing the piano, listening to jazz, and escaping to the mountains.
