Amira El Deeb has extensive regional experience in management consulting with focus on Human Capital Management and Organizational Development. Amira is a certified Balanced Score Cards Practitioner from The Balanced Score Cards Institute and George Washington State University. She has managed Strategy Foundation and Formulation engagements aligning organizations’ stakeholders to their strategic goals and objectives. Amira has also facilitated strategy cascading workshops and developed Human Capital and Talent Strategies derived from the corporate strategy. Amira’s clients span from governmental bodies, to multinationals and large to medium local organizations in Egypt and the Gulf region.

Amira has pioneered in introducing leadership and Executive Assessment to the Egyptian market. Realizing the power and impact of Human Capital development on business results, she established a company specifically focused on Talent Management solutions. As the CEO of LOGIC Talent Management Amira has partnered with reputable international firms, utilizing their psychometric tools to conceptualize, design and deliver various talent management programs. Such solutions have proven successful in unleashing executives and senior management potentials and identifying areas where they will make the greatest impact.

Amira is one of the First Arab certified Trainers in levels A&B in psychometrics, and a member in the British psychological Society. She is also a certified Executive Coach from Henley Business School – UK.

Amira has worked with clients such as the Egyptian Ministry of Health and the Ministry of State for Administrative Development. The latter mandated that all ministries across the country nominate their top calibers to represent the pool of potential leaders. Based on her successes in the Egyptian market, Amira landed assessment and talent management engagements with the Ministry of Justice, and the Department of Transport in UAE.

Amira is also a master trainer in Family Governance programs aiming at qualifying family and non-family members to become competent board Directors. Amira designed Succession Programs to ensure good governance while preserving family bonds, family legacies and most importantly ensuring business sustainability.
