Daniela puts all her energy and passion in the area of NEW WORK which is all about revolutionary change in the area of work itself, leadership and organisation.
New Work will be a consequence of the ongoing megatrends such as digitalisation, globalisation and the demographic shift. She is convinced that work is already in the process to be redefined and will become more human. Daniela believes that only those companies will be successful in the future, which explore and invest in new work opportunities. Yet it is also important that companies decide for their own unique approach and timing of those evolutions. Her mission is to support Business and HR leaders with their teams to build this revolutionary new working world.
Daniela has spent over 15 years in HR and Talent Management roles in Munich and Zurich.
She established her own company in 2014 and founded with three other female leaders a second company in 2015, after having dedicated one year to herself, traveling the world, spending time with family and friend and just enjoying life. Her main area is change and leadership development, coaching and talent management. Now and then, she accepts roles as an interim leader supporting companies for a certain period of time in the area of Human Resources or Learning and development.
Daniela has joined Avvartes as she loves and enjoys diversity and a global mindset in her work and within the peer community. The Avvartes values Integrity, Generosity and Passion mean a lot to her and allowed her to feel home with the Avvartes Partner community from the very beginning.
Daniela is German but lives in Switzerland since 2002. She enjoys working in both countries.
