LOREDANA SHANI

More tan 12 years of experience in multinational companies in Venezuela and Chile, Loredana has held executive positions in the Marketing area at Gillette de Venezuela. In development and implementation of telecommunications projects for clients such as Movistar, Claro and Entel within Nokia Networks and ABB in Chile. She also worked in the area of ​​Administration and Human Resources in Western Union Chile.

She studied Business Administration and has a specialization in Marketing at the Metropolitan University of Caracas. Studied English as a Second Language at Syracuse University, NY. USA and from a young age was linked to multicultural environments with the organization of student exchanges AFS and the Venezuelan Red Cross.

Determined to represent a factor of change within the organizations, she chooses to acquire skills that allow her to practice consulting and professional coaching today. She is a professional coach certified by The Newfield Network. She studied Enneagram at Awareness to Action International. Certified in Generative Leadership at the Institute of Generative Leadership in the US and at the Adolfo Ibañez University she studies Strategic Leadership. Trained in Sweden in Diversity Management and currently represents this methodology in Chile. Certified in the application and debrief of  Human Synergistics  Assessment Instruments:  LSI, L / I, M / I, OCI and OEI.

From her role as a consultant and professional coach, she accompanies people to be more efficient in their relationships and get more effective results. Accompany leaders to develop themselves on being able to inspire, design and create the future they care involving their teams, allowing them to work constructively, changing habits and creating new practices that lead them to obtain results of excellence that directly impact in their KPIs. She is also a coach at the program The Living Abroad Series in The International Association of Chile where she facilitates communication programs for people of diverse cultures living in the country. She was part of the mentors staff team at the coaching program ACP in The Newfield Network. Professor at the Faculty of Engineering of Universidad San Sebastián at the Executive Skills Training Program and member of the Board of Directors of the -International Coach Federation- ICF Chapter Chile (2016 to 2018). She has conducted coaching and consulting processes in organizations such as Metro de Santiago, Corfo, Itaú, Huawei, Chilevalora, CLC, Swedish Space Corporation (SSC Chile), Huawei, Porcshe, Falabella, BHP among others.

She is passionate about traveling and immersing herself in different cultures. She loves nature and goes on adventures and camping with her family.
