Francesca is an experienced organisational development consultant and specialises in executive and leadership team coaching. She is passionate about the power of developing the right culture and paying attention to leadership, engagement and team effectiveness in driving sustainable business performance and improving organisational health – supporting leaders in getting the most out of themselves, their teams and their organisations.

Francesca previously worked as a Chartered Accountant (FCA) at PwC in their audit practise before retraining as an executive and team coach. She initially worked with many different businesses within PwC, coaching leaders through change and working with senior teams on their effectiveness. Francesca’s combined experience brings a commercial edge to her practise. Those years spent working alongside her audit clients has given her experience and insight into the many challenges and paradoxes faced by business leaders. It is this insight that enables her to partner effectively with leaders and create business-led solutions.

This rich experience has enabled Francesca to build a very successful independent coaching practice which she started in 2017. She works across different industries with organisations in varying stages of the business life cycle. She is a known specialist on senior teams and is a certified systemic team coach with the Academy of Executive Coaches. She also holds international (EMCC) accreditation in systemic team coaching with the Global Team Coaching Institute.
