Ebru is a consultant and facilitator for clients who care for their employees and ecosystem and want to better their “future-fitness” and fair practices. Her sweet spot is “turning ideas/decisions into reality”.
After working as a Merchandiser at the headquarter of a luxury department store for 3 years, she found her passion to be People and Culture. Accordingly, for the past 15 years, Ebru has been working locally and internationally as an HR consultant overseeing and delivering strategic projects in all areas of the industry, ranging from Talent Management to Corporate Governance.
She is an alumna of Uskudar American Academy and Sabanci University’s Economics BA in Istanbul, Turkiye. She then studied International Management Master program at Esade Business School in Spain and Organization and Relationships System Coaching program by CRR Global. After moving to London, she completed her studies on Organizational Learning & Development diploma program of the CIPD, a pioneer 100-year-old institute in the UK. She is also highly keen on neuroleadership.
Ebru is passionate about future-fit organizational and personal development for a fairer, more ethical, human-centered, and affluent world. She supports younger generations through mentoring on their path to building their best possible future. She also believes trust to be the basis for every relationship.
She lives in London with her husband and loving cat.
