Per has seventeen years of broad experience in HR with Swedish and American global corporations within Telecom, Manufacturing, and Professional Services and with the Swedish Red Cross. He also brings five years of experience in executive search. Per has mostly been working for international organizations mainly focusing on delivering and supporting change, organizational transformation and growth.

In 2016 Per founded The Black Swan Consulting in Sweden. His clients include Nonprofits, High-Tech, Professional Services, Manufacturing, Retail and theTravel industry. His projects focus on executive and business coaching, interim management, and organizational transformation. Occasionally he is asked to conduct key executive searches because of his proven ability to deliver results. Per brings a strategic mindset and a coaching attitude. His educational background is a B.Sc. in Human Resources and a University certificate in Energy Technology.

Per loves music and when nobody is nearby he picks up the guitar. In the wintertime he loves downhill skiing.
