Design & Deliver Leadership Programs

Co-created, science and experience-based learning that builds real capability for leaders, leadership teams and organizations.

Leadership isn’t just taught, it’s developed.

Of course, there’s knowledge every leader should have: for example how the brain works, what drives motivation, and why high-performing teams are never an accident. But real capability grows through practicing, reflecting honestly, feedback, discipline and learning with and from others.

I work with leaders at all levels, from senior executives to emerging talents.

Key Leadership Topics

Neuroscience for Leaders

What every leader should know about how the brain drives trust, motivation, and performance.

Leading Self

Building self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and self-mastery as the foundation of effective leadership.

Leading others

Engaging people and teams, developing a growth mindset, leading with strengths, working across generations, and creating purpose in hybrid environments.

Leading and Building High Performing Teams

High-performing teams are never an accident; they’re built through clarity, trust, and constructive challenge.

Leadership is a Team sport

No business, no leader succeeds alone. Explore what it takes for leadership teams to succeed together.

Leading Change on the Go

Delivering results whilst preparing for the future through learning, experimentation and adaptability.

Leadership is a team sport

No leader and no business succeeds alone. True performance comes when leaders work together with clarity, trust, and shared purpose.

It means breaking silos, building round tables, and engaging in healthy debate to reach the best decisions for the whole organization.

Leading together takes practice, developing the awareness and capabilities to collaborate, challenge, and decide as one team with shared accountability.

That’s what turns leadership into a real competitive advantage.

Leading Change on the Go

Today’s leaders can’t pause performance to lead change. They must deliver results while preparing for what’s next, leading change on the go.

My programs build this dual capability: to perform and transform at the same time. We work on the mindsets, conversations, tools and routines that make it possible, combining clarity of direction with experimentation, reflection, and fast feedback.

This is where agile learning comes in: gathering data, forming hypotheses, testing safely, learning, and deciding quickly. When leaders and teams work this way, change stops being a project, it becomes part of how the organization thinks and operates.

Being comes first

My four verbs that come before doing, Be, See, Ask, Think. Guide how leaders pause, gain perspective, and choose their actions wisely. When leaders slow down to see the whole system and ask before acting, they create clarity, alignment, speed and better results.

Action does not always create movement and waste often comes as very busy work.

Program design and delivery

Often it’s about inviting clients to explore their assumptions. At other times, well-balanced advice helps most, and I gladly give it.

Inside & Outside Perspective

I bring extensive experience in designing, implementing, and leading leadership development strategies and processes, both from the inside and the outside.

As a former Global SVP HR, I was responsible for shaping and embedding leadership development across international / global organizations. Today, I design and deliver these programs externally, combining that inside experience with a fresh, independent perspective.

What clients say

Participant feedback is consistently excellent, reflecting both the quality of design and delivery, and the practical relevance of the work.
