Daniela is a pioneer thinker & practitioner for New Work, Change & Leadership. Her mission is to build and co-create “Thank God it’s Monday”corporate cultures. Daniela studied Business Administration and successfully built her career in Munich and Zurich in the area of Strategic Human Resources and Talent Management in national and multinational blue chip companies. After 15 years in the corporate world, she decided to start her own business. Daniela is co-founder of fourpointzero ltd – a company run by 3 women – and an Avvartes Partner with a focus on Germany and Switzerland.

Daniela puts all her energy and passion in the area of NEW WORK, which is all about a revolutionary change in the area of work itself, leadership and organization. This process always starts with the people in the organization who drive and enable business transformation. Her mission is to support companies and its leaders and employees to become “future ready” and to thrive.

She is a certified Coach & Change consultant, a “Still moving” leading change practitioner and a certified trainer in “applied improvisation”. Daniela works as a coach and consultant in various industries. In addition, Daniela is a lecturer for “New Work” at Kalaidos University and can regularly be found on stage as a speaker.

Daniela is German but enjoys living close to Zurich, Switzerland. In her free time, she loves long walks with her dog Leo, Nia dancing and spending time with family & friends.
