Özlem Erten brings her 20 years of corporate experience in C-suite to leadership, team coaching and facilitation. She is a Master Certified Executive and Team Coach with more than 3000 hours of experience. She works with leaders and teams from different cultures from various industries. She is a Global Faculty member of a well-known Coaching school. She trains and supervises coaches from all around the world. She designs and facilitates transformational team, leadership development and executive coaching programs to improve the capacity, culture and effectiveness of leaders, teams and organizations.

Özlem, started her career in banking in 1991 after completing her MSc in Banking and Finance in Southampton University, UK. She worked for top-ranked international banks and occupied executive roles for 20 years. She worked as an Assistant General Manager at Deutsche Bank AS, Turkey where she was responsible from the Global Markets department. She developed leadership, stress management, effective communication, problem solving skills while working in the high-stress trading room environment. She represented the Bank in many different local and international platforms. She then continued her career at UBS, Turkey as CEO and Board Member. She improved her leadership and managerial skills, involved in many growth projects and took active part in representation of the global organization in Turkey. In 2011, she decided to leave her banking career with the motivation of sharing her broad corporate experience with others and helping people in their career paths. She started her career in Executive & Relationship systems coaching in 2012.

She likes to learn and grow as a coach. She has many world class developmental certifications from International Coach Federation, Coaches Training Institute, Gestalt Coaching Center, Center for Right Relationships and Leadership Circle Profile. Özlem, lives with her husband and son in Istanbul, Turkey. She loves sailing and spending time in nature.
