Daniela is a pioneering practitioner in Future Work, Organizational Culture Diagnostics, and FE-MALE Leadership. Her mission is to unlock the emergent potential in individuals and organizations by creating spaces for transformation—helping people recognize limiting patterns, expand awareness, and take purposeful action. 

With over 15 years in Strategic HR and Talent Management, Daniela built a successful international career in large global organizations, holding various leadership roles—most recently as Global Head of Talent. Her experience spans complex, multicultural environments and both regional and global responsibilities. After years in corporate leadership based in Munich and Zurich, she followed her inner calling and founded her own company, fourpointzero GmbH, which she leads independently. 

As Lead Partner at Avvartes, she contributes to women’s leadership development, mentoring programs, and organizational development (OD) initiatives. Her core expertise lies in organizational culture diagnostics, coaching, and supporting leaders to become more conscious, connected, and future-ready. She is the creator of EMERGING OUT LOUD, a transformative program that helps people express their inner clarity and show up with impact. 

Daniela is a certified Coach and Change Consultant, trained in Systemic Constellations, Human Design, and Applied Improvisation. 

Originally from Germany, she now lives near Zurich, Switzerland, and enjoys long walks with her two dogs, singing in a choir, and spending time with loved ones.
