MILANA M. MILOSH

Milana is a polished executive with extensive leadership experience ranging from building “startup” businesses and markets to leading high performance teams in Fortune 500 organizations. Her passion for mentoring, combined with a contagious enthusiasm for excellence, creates a high energy work environment.

She is at her best working within fast-paced results-oriented cultures and leading teams to achieve goals and objectives within stringent timelines and budgets.  Her career has included extensive acquisition integration with a motto that “1 + 1 = > 2”. Milana started a staffing business in Pittsburgh, which grew to the number one staffing firm in the market. After selling the business to a national provider of staffing services, her corporate career soared.  She is most proud of service excellence awards and recognition she has received over the course of her career from blue chip clients such as Bayer USA, Westinghouse, Walmart, General Motors, many Tier 1 and 2 automotive suppliers, and a host of manufacturing and logistics organizations.

Milana is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University.  She resides Western PA and is proud of the rich history of the “Steel City”.  She spends her time with family, her church community, and most often you will find her either outside golfing, biking, walking or in the kitchen.
