Senior Executive Experience
I’ve spent my career helping leaders and teams grow, and learning just as much from them. After many years leading local, regional, and global HR teams, I founded Avvartes to bring together everything I’ve learned about how leadership, culture, and performance connect.
Earlier in my career, I held senior roles at Unilever, SmithKline Beecham (now GSK), DSM (now DSM-Firmenich), and Novartis.
I served on executive boards, built businesses, and led major transformations as I was leading large global HR teams of up to 230 colleagues serving 12’000 employees.
My Approach Today: Science Meets Experience
Today, I work with clients across 15 industries in Europe and beyond, helping them strengthen leadership, culture, and performance in ways that last.
When I started out, much of leadership was based on intuition. Today, research gives us a much clearer picture. I’ve spent my career bringing that knowledge to life, combining the latest insights from leadership science and psychology with deep global experience as a senior executive, coach, consultant, and teacher.
