It is with great joy that we welcome Patricia Dupin, based in Sao Paulo, Brazil to Avvartes Partners.
Patricia describes herself as an educator, consulting psychologist, academic researcher, corporate governance boards member and mentoring/coach executive. She has extensive experience in improving organizational efficiency, supporting CEOs, presidents and higher-level managers. Her focus is on leadership development, succession, change management and aligning companies around constructive culture and strategy.
Patricia holds a PhD in “Sciences of Information and Communication” from the Université du Sud Toulon-Var (France) and a D.E.A (equivalent to masters degree) in ‘Scientific and Technological Information in the field of Economic Intelligence’. She also has a post graduate degree in Education in the field of Learning. In addition, she has done complementary studies in Neurosciences, Complexity, Global Sustainability, Cultural Biology and Development of Leaders. Patricia is also accredited in all the instruments and inventories of Human Synergistics.
Patricia’s clients span from educational institutions to multinational and large to medium Latin America organizations in different sectors, including the automotive industry, aeronautics, oil and steel, services, health, hospitals and engineering.
She is an academic member in the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance. Her current volunteer activities include the training of educators through CAPRI, Global Chair of Community Sustainability at CEIN (Creative Educators International Network), which is a not for profit NGO based in Washington-DC dedicated to inspiring educators who are implementing Value-Creating Education around the world.
She loves challenges that imply innovations and great visionary transformations.
She enjoys horse-riding, sailing and swimming.
