It is our pleasure to announce that Bernhard Kaumanns joins Avvartes.
Bernhard is a physician and seasoned executive leader in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech Industry. Of his 30+ years working in the healthcare sector he spend 20+ years in Blue chip and Start-up Biotech and Pharmaceutical Companies.
Recently he founded his consultancy company‚ Leaders who care AG’ based on the principles of mindful leaders, trustful teams, purposeful companies, where he will be supporting leaders and their teams as executive coach and enabler of transformation.
Bernhard is joining Avvartes with the desire to bring mindful leadership into strategic, future-fit solutions for the globalized corporate arena and together with the unique Avvartes group of outstanding and diverse leadership experts making a difference for clients and their people.
He loves the mountains, and spends most of his free time outdoors with his wife. He is a ZEN meditation practitioner and an eager student of Aikido and Yoga.
